Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Epsilla, which operates Wrapper. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

Wrapper lets you build automations and assistants, connect messaging channels such as WhatsApp or an email mailbox, and handle conversations with your customers in one place.

We may change or improve the service over time. If we remove something you depend on we will give reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 16.

Connected channels and your customers

When you connect a messaging channel you authorise us to send and receive messages on your behalf through it. You are responsible for having the right to use that account or phone number and for complying with the rules of the underlying platform — including, for WhatsApp, Meta's own business and messaging policies.

The conversations and customer data you bring remain yours. We process them only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' personal data and for telling them what they need to know.

Automated and AI-generated replies

The service can draft and send replies automatically. Content produced this way can be wrong, and you remain responsible for what is sent from your channels. Review the settings that control when an assistant replies on its own, and keep a human in the loop where the stakes require it.

To generate replies we send the relevant conversation content to third-party AI model providers. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have not opted in;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content;
  • break the rules of a connected platform, or work around its limits;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other customers' data;
  • resell or expose the service in a way that lets others bypass these terms.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm, and we will tell you why when we can.

Billing

Paid plans and usage-based charges are billed through our payment provider. Fees are charged in advance for subscription periods and in arrears for usage, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

If a payment fails we may limit or suspend access until it is resolved.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as-is and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Parts of it depend on third-party platforms — if a messaging platform changes its rules, throttles us, or disconnects an account, the affected functionality may stop working through no fault of ours.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; see Data deletion. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms.

After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and notify you in the product or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
