Wrapper is operated by Epsilla. This policy explains what we collect when you use Wrapper, why we collect it, how it is stored, and how you can get it deleted. It covers the accounts you sign in with and any messaging channels — such as WhatsApp or an email mailbox — that you choose to connect.
Your account. Your name, email address and a protected form of your password. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google instead of a password.
Your workspace. The organisation and team you belong to, your role in it, and the workflows, documents and settings you create.
Connected channels. When you connect a messaging channel you authorise us to act on your behalf. We receive and store the access credentials for that channel, the identifier of the account or phone number connected, and the messages exchanged through it — including the sender's display name and phone number or email address.
Usage and billing. Records of the actions you run on the platform so we can meter usage and show you history. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details.
To operate the service you asked for: signing you in, showing your conversations, running your workflows, sending the replies you or your assistants compose, and billing for usage.
Message content is sent to third-party AI providers. When an assistant drafts or sends a reply, the relevant conversation content is transmitted to the AI model provider that generates it. We only send what is needed to produce the reply. Those providers process it under their own terms and we do not permit them to use it to train their models.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your message content for advertising.
Connecting a channel is always an explicit action you take, and you can disconnect it at any time from the integrations page.
The credentials for a connected channel are held in an encrypted credential store, separately from your ordinary workspace data, and are only decrypted at the moment we need to send or receive a message on your behalf. They are never shown back to you or to anyone else after they are saved.
Messages we receive from a connected channel are stored so they can appear in your inbox and so your assistants can respond in context. Your customers' messages belong to you; we process them only to provide the service to you.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Credentials for connected accounts are additionally isolated in a dedicated secret store with separate access control.
Access by our staff is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.
We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a channel we delete its stored credentials. When you delete your account we delete your workspace data and connected-channel credentials.
Backups are retained for a limited period after deletion and then expire. We may keep the minimum records required for accounting and legal obligations.
You can access and correct most of your information directly in the product. You can disconnect any channel at any time, and you can request a copy of your data or its deletion.
See Data deletion for how to request deletion and what happens when you do.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Wrapper is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects you meaningfully, tell you in the product or by email.
